Access Forms

1.  For Moodle Administrator access to set up modules in Moodle including course design & development, management of templates and academic content recycling from one semester to the next, complete this TELT Administrator Access form (pdf) and submit the completed form via email to


For access to TELT Administration services in SiMs/myUNSW including Term Planning and Learning Management, complete this form and submit to IT Service Desk: NS Financials, HR and SiMs combined access form (online pdf)
