The Graduation Information screen allows you to check your graduation status and, if eligible to graduate, update your graduation details.
Please Note: Your Graduation Details cannot be viewed if you have outstanding negative items such as an overdue debt to the University. If negative items exist, these will be displayed in place of your Graduation Details. You must clear the negative items with the University in order to graduate.
To view and update your Graduation Details:
Step 1:
Go to My Student Profile tab > My Student Services channel > Graduation Details link. This displays information relevant to your degree status.
Step 2:
Potential and Awarded graduands will have access to view and/or update their graduation details. Click the Graduation Details button to view your degree and ceremony details. Note: Potential Graduand records are uploaded on to the web approximately 2 weeks prior to the official release of results each semester (earlier for ADFA graduands only).
Step 3:
Check that the degree details displayed are correct. If the details are incorrect, please contact your Program Office.
Step 4:
If you have been approved for graduation, you may update your record to indicate if you will attend your ceremony or change to an overseas ceremony by updating the following fields.
- Graduation Period: You will automatically be allocated to the next graduation period. If you wish to defer your graduation to an overseas ceremony instead of a Kensington ceremony, select a ceremony and country from the drop-down list.
- Attendance Type: Indicates your current attendance type i.e. if you will attend the ceremony in person. All students will default to an attendance type of 'Attending'. To update your Attendance Type, select a new type from the drop-down list.
Step 5:
Click on Save to save your changes. A confirmation page will be displayed confirming that your graduation details have been successfully updated.
