Help - Action Items

The Action Items screen displays a list of your outstanding items such as an outstanding debt to the University. Your Action Items must be cleared with the University in order to access the following online student services:

Updating your Enrolment
Viewing your Academic Statement
Viewing and Updating your Graduation Details
Accepting Your Offer Online

Negative items associated with overdue fees may be cleared by making a fee payment.

To make a fee payment online:

Step 1:

Select the Fee Statement & Payment Options link displayed under "My Student Services" on the "My Student Profile" tab.

Step 2:

Select a Fee Statement from the Select Fee Statement screen and follow the instructions provided.

Please Note: Negative Action Items will not be removed instantaneously. They will be removed when your payment or other action has been processed by the University.
