myUNSW – System Availability

myUNSW is generally available, except for system maintenance beween 12:45am and 1:45am Sydney time.

The IT Service Centre's normal hours of email and phone support are 8:00am to 8:00pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) and 11:00am to 2:00pm Sydney time, Saturday & Sunday.

Occasionally on weekend days the system may not be available due to maintenance requirements. In these instances, advice will be posted on myUNSW with as much advance notice as possible. You can also view the ITS Planned Service Downtime schedule.

Information on myUNSW and the Handbook will still be accessible when myUNSW's online services such as enrolment and personal details maintenance are not available.
