If any information may be considered to be untrue or misleading in any respect, I understand the University may take such action as it believes necessary including the disclosure of information to any person or body the University considers has a legitimate interest in receiving it and I consent to such disclosure.
I accept that information provided by me to the University may also be disclosed to external agencies where such disclosure is required by law. I understand that the University may refuse, vary, reverse or terminate my enrolment and vary or cancel any decision made, on basis of untrue, misleading, incomplete information.
I understand that I am responsible for enrolling according to the requirements of the award towards which I am proceeding and that this includes ensuring that I have satisfied any pre-requisites for courses that I undertake.
I acknowledge that the University takes no responsibility for any costs or inconvenience associated with additional periods of study or units of enrolment that are necessary to satisfy the requirements of my award due to my failure, knowingly or not, to enrol according to University rules or program requirements. I wish to enrol as a student and, as a member of the University, undertake to obey the regulations, by-laws and rules of the University and follow any instructions conveyed by any officers at the University.
