My Alerts

My Alerts is located on the "Home Tab" and displays a list of your outstanding Action Items. Alerts will only be displayed to current UNSW students.

There are two types of Action Items that may be displayed on the "My Alerts" page:

  1. Negative Items: e.g. Overdue Fees. A negative item will prevent you from maintaining your enrolment, viewing your academic statement and updating your graduation details online. Negative items must be cleared with the University in order to gain access to these online functions.

  2. Neutral Items: e.g. Review your addresses. A neutral item will not restrict any online services, however the University does expect you to acknowledge and action any neutral items that appear on your account. It is a legislative requirement that you confirm your address and personal statistics annually.

Negative items associated with overdue fees may be cleared by making a fee payment.

To make a fee payment online:

Step 1:

Select the Fee Statement & Payment Options link displayed under "Services for Students" on the "My Student Profile Tab".

Step 2:

Select a Fee Statement from the Select Fee Statement screen and follow the instructions provided.

Please Note: Negative Action Items will not be removed instantaneously. They will be removed when your payment or other action has been processed by the University.
